Hate (the other 4 letter word)

How many times do you use the word “hate” in conversation?Take note of each time it comes from your lips.  
How many things do you “hate” from traffic to a music artist? 
But do you really understand it’s true meaning and how your own use keeps propelling it further into your own consciousness.

Years ago my friend Joe Hynes challenged me to notice how many times I used it and to replace it with something else. 
It was a great lesson & one that is still revealing itself within my own children & family. 
Hate is something taught just like Love. 
It’s your choice to keep it in your vocabulary. 
But as you already know change your vocabulary and change you life.
