Define it, Understand it

Anxious is defined as: Experiencing worry, unease, or nervousness, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. 

I’ve come to realize the anxiousness I feel is related more to my rehearsing, repeating, and anticipating a negative outcome. One likely not to even ever occur. 

Intellectually I know worry is a waste of time and energy. Robbing me of being present and creative. 

In its most basic form I’ve developed a very bad habit of worrying – to the point of even calling myself a worrier.  Such craziness!

Well no more. I’m choosing to evolve and create a new habit of being present. Because you can’t worry and be present at the same time.
