Sometimes you won’t know what to do, who to see, or when to start.
When you have a day like this its probably because you’re stuck in your head.
Over and over second guessing yourself in an endless loop that prevents you from taking action.
Stop it. Say and/or go do something.
PS: Go take a walk, do some push ups, get moving, run – do whatever to get moving and break a light sweat you’ll notice your mind-state shift to a better place.
