Careful of drive-by delegating. Most of the time the person you’re delegating to (that may even be you being delegated to) won’t catch or get the full detail of what’s being communicated.

Drive-by delegation will cost you more time, effort, and energy. Get it right the first time and provide or get as much detail as possible for successful delegation.

You may not realize it by watching the nightly news and reading the morning paper but we are living in the best time of life. 

The news however is reporting otherwise. CNN (Constantly Negative News) will affect you in terrible ways. 

Better to turn it off and tune it out. Begin your day with positive inspiration and end it in gratitude. You see your mind shift towards abundance. 

Why does there have to be winners & losers?

Is there a place where we could elevate each other. With each rising to his/her next level. 

Not some utopia or socialist society but a place where we all seek to better ourselves while serving our brothers and sisters. 

Let’s make that place here and now. 

Start of a cold

And taking preemptive action

To see if I can stifle these sniffles 

Head congested

Backed up

I want to blow right out of here 

Clear my head

Breathe freely

And bright eyes

So I can see clearly

You showing up consistently while creating and shipping your best work is sure to inspire others.

You may not know it, never meet them, or know where they are from but your work touches others.

Keep doing what you do consistently showing up and putting in the work.

Is being achievement obsessed wearing you out?  Are you focused on whats next and forgetting what to do right now?

Step back, slow down, and take a break.  I know that can be hard to do.

But seeking achievement for achievement sake won’t fulfill you.  You need to appreciate the process and enjoy the journey.  Being in gratitude always!  If not you risk having all the accolades and none of the happiness.

If service is beneath you, then leadership is beyond you.

Use perfection as a tool but never make it a goal.

Perfection can inspire or cripple you if allowed.  Seeing the Mona Lisa by Da Vinci or hearing a piece by Mozart can and will motivate you to create.

But wanting only to produce works of art on their level, perfect, will undoubtedly stagnate your creativity.

Remember beauty is found within the imperfections.

If someone else is doing better than you in any area of your life its simply because they have a better way of evaluating what things mean and what to do about them.

The goal then is to gauge every aspect of your life and create the systems to support you in achieving your goal.

Forget the never ending to do list.
